"Bursting with aromas of citrus oil, fresh peach and toasted nuts, the 2018 Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru Les Folatières is medium to full-bodied, fleshy and open knit, with succulent acids and a ripe core of fruit. As usual, this is a generous, textural Puligny that will drink well young."

"The 2018 Puligny-Montrachet Les Folatières 1er Cru, which was picked September 5, has a well-defined bouquet of yellow flowers mixed with citrus fruit and orange blossom. The palate is spicy on the entry, offering ginger and lemongrass notes, impressive depth and good salinity toward the finish. A richer take on Folatières, but I think it works well."
