"The 2018 Riesling Roche Calcaire fermented fully dry (4.9 grams per liter of residual sugar) and offers a clear, fresh and stimulating lemony nose of crushed limestone. Good concentration. On the palate, this is a lean, fresh and very elegant dry Riesling from vines that average 44 years of age. It's straight and with a dense and juicy fruit core that delivers a long, saline, structural and still young finish. 12.7% alcohol. Natural cork. Tasted in January 2023."

"Winegrowing is a passion that has been passed down from father to son in the Humbrecht family since the 17th century. Domaine Zind Humbrecht today comprises of 40 hectares of vines, spread out over an array of different terroirs in the geological patchwork which is the Alsatian wine region and birthplace of our noble grape varieties."
